Our custom drawer boxes are made from 1/2 inch UV prefinished birch plywood on all sides including the bottom. They are perfect for drawer replacements, cabinet repairs, upgrades, or new DIY projects. Save a significant amount of fabrication time while achieving a solid, high quality result.

We recommend using wood glue in the dados during assembly along with pin nails. If properly glued and clamped while drying, you may choose to skip the pin nails depending on your preference.

Drawer glides are not included. These boxes are designed for use with undermount slides and are pre notched for a standard rear clip. Side mount slides can also be used if preferred. All sizes are based on exterior measurements, interior space will be less. Please email us if you have any questions.

Custom drawer boxes built for strength and long term durability. Easy to assemble and ideal for replacement drawers or new projects. Assembly in our shop available as an upgrade.

Many drawer boxes on the market use 1/4 inch bottoms and thin 0.5mm edge banding. These thinner components can flex over time and do not provide the same solid feel.

Each drawer box we produce is constructed from 1/2 inch UV prefinished birch plywood on all sides including the bottom panel. The thicker bottom provides better load support and a more substantial finished drawer. Our premium 1mm thick edge banding is more durable and provides a higher end appearance.

The UV prefinished interior offers a smooth, durable surface that is ready to install and easy to clean.
