Refund policy
At Custom Cut Inserts, we take pride in the precision of our work. Because our products are custom-crafted to your specific measurements, our return policy is designed to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered in perfect condition.
1. Our Manufacturing Guarantee
We guarantee the accuracy and quality of our custom-cut products. If we make an error in manufacturing—including incorrect cutting, sizing, or sending an item that does not match your order specifications—we will remake the item and ship it to you at no additional cost.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or contains a defective component:
Contact us at sales@customcutinserts.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number and photos of the damage/defect.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. We cover all shipping costs for damaged or defective replacements.
3. Custom-Made Orders
Because our inserts are custom-made to order based on customer-provided measurements, these items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to:
Customer measurement errors.
Change of mind or "buyer’s remorse."
Color/finish preferences (we encourage reviewing all options carefully before purchase).
4. Eligible Non-Custom Returns
For any non-custom, "ready-to-ship" items (if applicable), we offer a 30-day return window.
Condition: Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Process: To start a return for a non-custom item, contact us at sales@customcutinserts.com. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. This applies only to non-custom, non-personalized goods. Custom-cut items are exempt from this right of withdrawal.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
