We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We currently ship to verifiable addresses within the United States.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
5. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are custom cut to size, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the matter.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
