At Custom Cut Inserts, all products are custom-crafted to your specific dimensions. To ensure transparency, please find our shipping and processing details below.

1. Shipping Territory

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST) will begin processing the following business day.

3. Processing & Handling Time (Custom-Cut Orders)

Since every order is custom-made to your specifications, please allow for a manufacturing period:

Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

4. Transit Time & Shipping Methods

Once your custom order is manufactured and quality-checked, it is handed off to our carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx).

Transit Time: 2 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 12 Business Days.

5. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $25.00.

Calculated Shipping: For orders under $25.00, shipping costs are flat rate $9.95. All charges are shown clearly before you complete your purchase.

6. Tracking

Once your order has been cut and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at sales@customcutinserts.com within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement for your custom order at no additional cost to you.
