How do I measure my drawer?
Measure the INSIDE of the drawer, wall to wall. Use a tape measure with 1/16 inch marks.
Most drawers are not perfectly square. Measure the front and the back. Use the smaller number.
Look for anything in the way. Drawer slides, screws, or a lip at the front all take up room.
Not sure? Round down. A drawer organizer that is a little small still works. One that is a little big will not go in.
HEIGHT IS UP TO YOU. It can be the full depth of the drawer box, or just enough for whatever you are storing. We suggest going as shallow as you can get away with. A shallow drawer organizer is much easier to reach into and pull things out of.
The height you give us is the TOTAL OVERALL HEIGHT of the drawer organizer, top to bottom, base plus dividers. The spaces inside come out about half an inch shallower, because the dividers stand on the base.
What sizes can you make?
The full designer makes drawer organizers from 6 to 36 inches wide. Front to back, 4 to 24 inches. The drawer organizer can be 1 to 6 inches tall.
Each ready-made layout needs a bit more room to fit its spaces. Its page shows its own sizes under the size boxes.
Pegboards go from 8 to 48 inches wide. Front to back, 8 to 24 inches.
The height is the overall height of the drawer organizer, base plus dividers, so measure the clear space in your drawer and use that. The spaces inside come out about half an inch shallower, because the dividers stand on the base.

What is it made of?
Drawer organizers are half inch birch plywood. The base and the dividers are the same wood.
It is UV pre-finished, so the clear coat is cured on before we cut. Spot clean it with a damp microfiber cloth.
Pegboards are thicker, three quarter inch birch, with wooden pegs.
It is made for utensils and dry goods. It is not meant for food prep or for food to touch.
How long does it take?
We cut every drawer organizer to order. Most are made and on the way in 2 to 4 business days.
Then add however long the carrier takes to get it to you.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on orders over $25, anywhere in the lower 48.
Under $25, the cost shows at checkout before you pay.
What if it doesn't fit?
We want you to end up with a drawer organizer that fits.
If we cut it wrong, that is on us. We will make it right.
If a measurement turns out to be off, email us. We will work with you to sort it out. It happens more often than you would think. We would rather fix it than leave you stuck.
Which way do the dividers go?
Picture looking down into the open drawer.
UP AND DOWN dividers run front to back, the way the drawer pulls out. Put a few side by side and you get narrow spaces, like a silverware organizer.
SIDE TO SIDE dividers run left to right. One of those splits the drawer into a front part and a back part.
Do not worry about the words. The picture changes as you go. Just make a change and watch which way the new line points.
Is it really cut to my exact size?
Yes. We cut each drawer organizer to the numbers you type in. Nothing is trimmed down from a stock size.
That is why it pays to measure well. We cut what you tell us.
How does it stay in place?
It sits in the drawer on its own. We cut it to match your drawer, so it fits snug.
Nothing gets screwed or glued to your drawer. You can lift it right out to clean it.
How do you work out the price?
A few things set the price. How big the drawer is, how tall the drawer organizer is, how many dividers it has, and any pod holes.
Bigger costs more. More dividers cost more. But the rate drops as the drawer organizer gets bigger, so double the size is not double the price.
The price updates while you work. You can see what each change costs before you add it to your cart.
Can you do coffee pod holders?
Yes. The Coffee Bar organizer puts a pod holder on one side and spaces on the other. In the full designer you can add pod holes to any space. Or pick the Coffee & Espresso Pods layout to fill the whole drawer.
There are three kinds of pod options.
K-Cup: the pod hangs down through a hole. The drawer organizer has to be at least 2 1/2 inches tall.
Large espresso capsule: it sits upside down in a shallow pocket, with a notch to lift it out.
Small espresso capsule: it sits upside down in a shallow pocket.
Can I order several drawers at once?
Yes. Design one and add it to your cart. In the cart, tap "Design another drawer" to start the next one.
Each drawer organizer keeps its own size and layout. They all check out together.
Can I change a design after adding it?
Yes. In your cart, tap "Edit this drawer" under the drawer organizer.
It opens just as you left it. Tap Save Changes and your cart is updated. To take a drawer organizer out, remove it from the cart.
Pegboards can't be edited from the cart yet. Remove it and add a new one.
Will I lose my design if I leave the page?
Your work is saved in this browser as you go. If you close the tab and come back, it should still be there. We keep it for 14 days.
It is not tied to an account, so a different phone or computer will not have it. Want it there too? Tap "Not ready? Email this design to yourself". The link in the email opens your design on any device.
Can I change the size of the spaces?
It depends on the layout.
Silverware & Cutlery: slide "How wide are the spaces?" to make the front spaces wider or narrower.
Equal Grid: tap plus and minus to pick how many spaces go across and front to back.
Coffee Bar: tap plus and minus to pick how many pods sit side by side.
The other layouts use different sizes on purpose, so there is no one number to change. For those, tap "Customize this layout" and drag the dividers.
I know what I want to store but not the layout
Pick "Fit it to my things" instead of a ready-made layout.
Tell us what you want to store and how big each thing is. We build the spaces to match. You can move the rows around after to get things where you want them in the drawer.
What is the pegboard?
A solid birch board with holes on a 2 1/2 inch grid, cut to fit your drawer. The pegs lift out and go in any hole, so you can arrange them around your plates, bowls, pots and pans.
Pegs are 6 1/4 inches tall and come in pairs. Your drawer needs at least 7 inches of room inside, top to bottom. 7 1/4 inches is best.
A notch in the back edge lets you lift the board out.
Does it arrive assembled?
Nothing to put together. Take it out of the box and drop it in the drawer.
No tools. No glue.
Pegs come loose. On a K-Cup holder, press the dowels into the holes in the base, then set the holder on top.
Pegboard pegs go in any hole you like.
Can I return it?
